probably the worst reason to call an area a ski resort in the lower 48 states....this place has a extremely big head for what they have to offer.......very little "good" terrain, some of the worst customer service I have ever seen....and a joke of a snow report

Excellent place for the money. Not much to do in the Village, but wicked terrain for skiing. No Crowds as well.

Good snow conditions and the West Lift had a nice run (Red Eye) but the balance of the resort and experience (3 days) was not memorable. The area lacked diversity for the $48 lift price. Upper mountain runs dump onto the lower learning slopes, so watch out, a poor place to learn. Bumped into a ski patroler on the upper mountain, ask about runs and was given the cold shoulder, kind of rude. Food service shuts in early afternoon, but it is close to the Interstate, has nice views and the Grand Mesa has snowshoe, xski, backcountry and snowmobile opportunities.
