Most Convenient Health Spa in Killington!

As our guest at Mountain Green Resort, between November and Easter, you will receive a complimentary membership to The Mountain Green Health Spa.

The Spa includes a 54 foot heated pool (3.5 feet deep), a eucalyptus steam room, dry sauna, and two jacuzzis.

Our weight room consists of Keiser pneumatic machines, free weights, a Paramount abdominal/back machine and a Pro-Elite 4-in-1 Olympic bench. The cardiovascular room contains three Trotter treadmills, two Pecor EFX Elliptical Crosstrainers, a Tectrix recumbent bike, two Schwinn Air-Dyne bikes, and a Pecor stepper. Or you can reserve the court and play racquetball or wallyball!

Our retail area contains work-out apparel and swimwear. For your convenience, we provide towel and locker use for free.

For an additional fee, you can schedule a massage with one of our certified massage therapists.

Swedish
This relaxing massage combines long and short strokes with light to firm pressure to promote the release of stress and tension and increase circulation for tired muscles.

Deep Tissue
A treatment that concentrates on specific areas using slow and vigorous deep strokes along with Trigger point, Friction, and Compression. Designed for relief of deep-seeded knots and chronic pain.

La Stone Tissue
Hot basalt stones and chilled marble stones are applied to the body in various ways to bring relief to stiff, sore muscles and re-energize the body and mind. This magical treatment is specific for each individuals' needs and combines aromatherapy with Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Sports massage techniques.
