The Echo lake Inn is the ideal location to host your Vermont country wedding. Romance, excellent food, attention to every detail and special service await you. Weddings large and small, we will adapt our services to meet your specific needs.

Located just 5 minutes from Okemo in Vermont's beautiful central lakes region, the Echo Lake Inn was built in 1840 and is enriched with its history. Today it remains one of the few authentic country inns operating year round in Vermont.

The Wedding Arbor:
Built right through the lilac bushes, the wedding arbor is the entrance to your wedding ceremony at the old wishing well and the perfect location for those romantic photos.

The Old Wishing Well:
Nestled by the woods, the old wishing well is a popular spot for many wedding ceremonies.
White chairs, full of friends and family, border your walk down the aisle on your way to the wishing well and your husband to be.

The Lilacs:
Next to the tent and adjacent to the Cocktail Reception area, the Lilacs bloom in late May. This large stand of 14-ft tall lilac bushes makes a wonderful photo backdrop at any time of the year.

The Tavern:
Located downstairs and built into the 1792 foundations of the original inn. The Tavern, with its stone lined walls, includes a full bar, pool table, darts, etc. and is a great location to gather with friends and family after the wedding for late night activities and socializing.

The Dining Room:
The perfect location for your Rehearsal Dinner or your Wedding dinner. Seats up to 85.

The Church:
Just across the lane, built in the early 1900s, the Tyson church is home to local parishioners and many country weddings held at the Echo Lake Inn.

The Front Porch and Lawn:
South facing, this is an ideal spot for Cocktail Receptions, Welcome Receptions, Bar B Ques, Clam Bakes, etc. for up to 140 guests.

Accommodations:
With 23 rooms, some with private Jacuzzi and Fireplace, and 7 condos, the Inn offers swimming pool, tennis, oversized Jacuzzi and a dock on Echo Lake with canoes and row boats. Skiing, Golf, hiking, biking and horseback riding are all close at hand.
