With it's relaxed stately atmosphere, the Wilburton Inn makes an ideal setting for reunions, executive retreats, conferences, and coach tours. The feeling of privacy, history and closeness to nature inspire creativity, contemplation and fellowship. Our meeting rooms can be set up for formal or informal sessions.

Our best numbers are 35 guests for for a formal meeting and up to 75 guests for a lecture style meeting. Our dining rooms have an indoor capacity for 125 guests and outdoors on the terrace we can accomodate up to 200 guests.

We frequently complement larger conferences at the Equinox Hotel for off site dining. Our list of corporate guests include Glaxo-Welcome, Pfizer, State Farm, CitiBank, Calmar, Nastech, Bright Sun and Delta Dental.

Every group situation has special details. A special feature of the Wilburton Inn is our extensive sculpture garden trails. Please inquire for rates and sample menus of brunches, lunches, cocktail parties, barbecues and banquet dinners.

Lunch at the Wilburton is an educational, fun and of course delicious experience. The Innkeeper personally greets the group and gives an entertaining history of Manchester and the Wilburton Inn. Guests are encouraged to explore the grounds and take souvenir photos. We are always complimented on the meal and many tour guests return as guests of the Inn.
