  • Backcountry Snowshoeing:
    With approximately 5200 acres of back-country forests, Bolton Valley has the largest area of protected and preserved back-country land than any other New England ski resort.

    Numerous trails and loops of all abilities have been created for the growing demand for back-country experiences.

    Bolton offers two cabins centrally located in the back-country that are available for both day and overnight use for guests.

  • Snowshoe Tours:
    Bella Vista Tour
    Friday, Saturday, Sunday 11:00am – 1:30pm
    Take a ride up Wilderness Chair lift, and come down through our back-country. Lunch & hot cocoa included.

    Green Mountain Tour
    Friday, Saturday, Sunday 2:00-4:00pm

    Beginner Snowshoe Tour
    Daily 9:30-10:30am

    Kid’s Snowshoe Tour
    Friday, Saturday, Sunday 9:30am

    All lessons and tours include trail fee and half-day rates for equipment rentals.
