To prevent stolen equipment:

NEVER LEAVE YOUR EQUIPMENT UNATTENDED OR UNLOCKED
Many spaces are provided on site to lock your equipment.
Take notice of your identification ski or snowboard number which is on your rental form copy. It is important to always carry with you your copy of the rental form contract.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
For any modification or cancellation 3 days or more prior to your arrival, products can be entirely refunded.
For any modification or cancellation of additional products within 2 days of your arrival, the products can be exchanged for other products of equivalent or superior value, but cannot be refunded.
