Ski Patrol and First Aid Services at Whiteface Mountain...

The main Medical Services Area (MSA) is located in the Base Lodge. Ski Patrol stations are located at the top of Little Whiteface, at the top of the Summit Chair, and at the Mountain Run Slalom Finish Building. Accidents should be reported to any of the above locations or to any lift attendant.
Safety Awareness Sessions

It is your responsibility to "Know the Code". Daily risk awareness sessions are conducted at the Skier Safety Booth in the Food Court at 8:45 am in the Base Lodge.
Emergencies

Emergency messaging is posted at the base of lifts. PA announcements will also be made. Always arrange a meeting place and time in case someone becomes separated from companions.
