The beautiful scenic mountain views and warm intimate setting make your banquet or wedding at the Red Lodge Mountain Resort Golf Course the unforgettable day you've always dreamed of. Our friendly, professional staff will make sure every detail of your special day is perfect for you and your guests.
DEPOSIT
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date. 50% of the estimated total balance is due two weeks prior to scheduled event.
RENTAL FEES
Facility rental fee - $300 upper level, $150 lower level
Linen fees: Tablecloths - $3.50 each, Napkins - $.50 each
Outside Wedding Grounds available - contact us for pricing.
Outside chair rental - $1.50 each
GUARANTEE
We require a guaranteed attendance count ten days prior to your function. Charges will be based on no less than the guaranteed number. For buffets, we will prepare to serve 5% more than the guaranteed number.
FOOD & BEVERAGE
Red Lodge Mountain Resort does not allow any food or beverage to be brought onto the property. Cakes are the exception. Cake cutting services are available for $25. Download our menu.
TAX & GRATUITY
A 3% resort tax will be added to all fees/rentals. A 20% gratuity will be added to all food and beverages.
CANCELLATIONS
Initial deposit of $100 will not be refunded. Cancellations less than two weeks prior to the event may result in forfeiture of any balance paid.
