Ski & Snowboard School

Make the most of your vacation! Whether you're just beginning with winter sports, or you're experienced on the slopes, a session with Whitefish Mountain Resort's Ski & Snowboard School will take you to the next level.

Our dedicated instructors provide instruction to individuals and groups of any age and ability. Whether you choose to carve on a snowboard, cruise on alpine skis, free your heel with telemark skis, or skate on cross-country skis, there is a private or group lesson available daily.

Our staff is accredited by the Professional Ski Instructors of America (PSIA) and the American Association of Snowboard Instructors (AASI).

Kids Group Lessons and Kids Programs
Whitefish Mountain Resort Kids Programs provide a fun and friendly atmosphere for learning and exploring the joys of skiing and riding.

Tommy Moe Kids League
This is a perfect activity for kids who want to try out low-key, beginner level competitions. Drop-ins welcome the day of the competition.

Adult Group Lessons and Adult Programs
Whitefish Mountain Resort provides all the different programs you'll need to enhance your experience on the mountain. Come check them out!

Private Lessons
Private instruction is the quickest way to improve upon your skills and learn more about Whitefish Mountain Resort's incredible terrain. Private lessons are available to Kids and Adults of all ability levels.
We have private instructors available for: Alpine, Snowboard, Telemark, Cross-Country, Snowshoe, Snowblade, and Snow-cycle disciplines. Instructors may also teach skills and techniques involved in; Racing, Park and Pipe, and Adaptive Skiing.

Workshops
Whitefish Mountain Resort provides a full range of progressive winter workshop programs.

For something different, guided adventures with snowcycles, snowblades and snowshoes are available.
