At Big Mountain, there are 25 volunteer ambassadors whose sole purpose is to help you - our guests.

Our Ambassadors meet and greet guests in the village area, at ticket windows, the tops and bottoms of chair lifts, bus arrival areas, and while riding the skier shuttle - just look for them in their yellow Ambassador jacket.

The main duty of our Ambassador program is to lead the twice daily Free Mountain Tours for low-intermediate to advance/expert level skiers.
