Adaptive Private and Inclusive Lessons

Qualified professionals are available to teach skiing and snowboarding to guests with disabilities. Clinics are available by reservation only and advance booking is required.

Adaptive Privates - All Levels
Qualified professionals are available to teach skiing and snowboarding to guests with disabilities. Clinics are available by reservation only and advance booking is required. Steamboat Ski Resort will custom tailor a clinic to meet your needs and help you enjoy the fun of skiing or riding. Adaptive equipment and lift ticket available during the clinic. Additional charges may apply if assistants are supplied by the Ski & Snowboard School. Check with the lift ticket office for special "companion" rate lift tickets.

Adaptive Inclusion Program
Steamboat’s Adaptive Inclusion Program allows special needs children, ages 1st Grade-15, to join regular group lessons with special accommodation. All interested participants must first take an adaptive private lesson with one of our specially trained instructors to assess abilities. We then work with the child's parent or guardian to determine whether the child is ready to participate with able-bodied children in a group lesson format with or without a guide.
