The Winter Park Mountain Lodge is committed to providing a full range of facilities and services to the meeting planner. With over 9,000 square feet of meeting space, the Winter Park Mountain Lodge offers the most comprehensive available space under one roof to the group leader in Winter Park.

Our 12 new or newly renovated meeting rooms accommodate convention groups as well as smaller meetings, executive retreats, exhibits, family reunions, receptions and intimate weddings.

Our Group Sales Department and Conventions Services Professionals are on property and available to assist in planning every aspect of your group function or meeting.

From preplanning to final billing for every business meeting and dinner, theme luncheon, banquet and group activity; our professionals will be here to assist you in every way. They can also assist in arranging lodging, ground transportation and activities both on and off the mountain.
