With the right guidance learning to snowboard can be really easy, and at Copper we create an atmosphere that gives riders as young as 3 years old an unmatched introduction to snowboarding. Kids' lessons include trampoline training and balance boards. Freestylers will master park, pipe, and rails in our nationally ranked Catalyst Terrain Park. In our groundbreaking Women's LTR program, smaller classes, personal attention, and knowledgeable instructors make Copper the place in Colorado for girls to learn to ride.
It's About The Right Equipment
Burton has built boards, boots, and strap bindings specifically for the learner. The LTR Board has an Ultra-soft torsional flex profile to help you initiate turns. It's got deep sidecut to pull you into a natural carve, long transition zones for easy turns, and a 3-degree edge bevel to prevent hard falls. And women, to make your learning experience as comfortable as possible, we gear you up in the extra-soft Burton women's boot.
