Scooters and FreeRiders Programs

An amazing program for kids. Focusing on skill development and mountain etiquette, kids learn to alpine ski or snowboard in a safe, fun environment. Scooters and Freeriders offer kids a fun-filled day, skiing and snowboarding on the slopes of Copper Mountain. Coaches use a variety of techniques to promote better balance and body awareness to improve your child's alpine skiing, and snowboarding.

Scooters and Freeriders are grouped into teams of equal age, ability and speed, and will remain with the same group for each session. Kids are supervised throughout the day and eat lunch together. Scooters and Freeriders meet three consecutiveweekends per month, with the exception of the month of November. Choose either a Saturday or Sunday program. Program days are not interchangeable.

A Skiing & Snowboarding Adventure for Ages 8 - 18

Copper Choppers is a ski/snowboard adventure taught by Copper's top professional instructors specializing in youth instruction. Our goal is to provide skiers and snowboarders a fun, supervised learning environment that develops skills & fosters the enjoyment of skiing and snowboarding for a lifetime.

Copper Choppers are grouped into teams according to age and ability (including terrain experience). Parents may help with the placement process by indicating the terrain your child skis or snowboards comfortably at this time. Choose either Saturday or Sunday program. Days are not interchangable.
