Board Room
Conveniently located in the center of the property on our lower lobby level, The Estopinal Board Room is an excellent location for small business meetings and presentations, in a traditional board room atmosphere.

Parker Room
The Parker Room offers an ideal location for banquets or business meetings featuring a built-in screen and easy acess to break out sessions in the adjoining Board Room.

Seibert Room
The Seibert room is our largest meeting room and offers the flexibility of using one large room or two separate meeting areas utilizing our curtain divider.

Larger banquets and general session lectures are a perfect fit as the flourescent, canned, and wall sconce lighting options are easily adaptable to suit any occasion.

Chart Room
The Chart Room is one of our most versatile rooms. This room offers an intimate executive board room setting for up to 14 people, in addition to providing the perfect atmosphere for a welcome cocktail reception or hospitality suite.

When opened to adjoin the Seibert Room, this is a convenient location for breakfast, coffee breaks, and break-out sessions.

Leonard Foyer
The Leonard Foyer features an open, four story atrium. The Foyer is ideal for pre-meeting breakfasts, coffee breaks or catered lunches.

Leonard Room
The Leonard Room features exterior arched windows inviting the mountain air and sunlight to energize your meeting. The room offers flexible lighting and can be darkened for your audio-visual needs
