Heavenly has specially trained pros who enjoy and choose to work with children.

Their first priority is for your child to have fun and enjoy snowsports and in the process we're going to sneak in some skill development (but that'll be our little secret).

The pros are committed to creating a learning environment that is supported and delivered in a caring approach. Basically, the kid's come away with the feeling like they've spent the day on a snow-covered playground.

Heavenly's recommended program is all-day, which is generally 5 hours. However, slope time, terrain selection will vary based on daily conditions, snow surface and our coaches judgment.

Heavenly's Children's Ski and Snowboard School clinics range from an introduction to skiing or snowboarding through advanced coaching.

** Full-day sessions include clinic, lift access (while with a coach), rental equipment, helmet, lunch and snow play for children ages 4-13. Children's snowboard clinics are for children ages 7-13.

** Full-Day session registration begins at 8:00 a.m. weekends and holidays and 8:30 a.m. midweek. Registration ends at 9:30 a.m. SHARP! Registration for the Afternoon Session begins at 12:30 p.m. Both full and afternoon sessions end at 3:45 p.m. Afternoon sessions are provided on a space available basis only and are for levels 1 - 3.

The Children's Ski and Snowboard School center is located at both the California and Boulder Lodges. During weekends, holidays, and peak periods, space can be extremely limited.

Reservations are HIGHLY recommended and can be made for full day programs only.
