Our Professional staff uses the very latest in computerized programming and advanced technologies to perform fitness assessments and evaluations. The assessment includes five recognized components of physical fitness and a Cardio Vision examination.

Research tells us that "personal training" is one of the most effective ways to help people reach their personal fitness goals.

Daily fitness class activities are scheduled. Monthly calendars of classes, guest lectures and adventure options are available in the Spa and Lodging offices. Because of our spectacular mountain environment, we take every opportunity to schedule classes and adventures outdoors.
