Very disapointing, attraction was hyped in the Dells Harvest Festival brochure with a Buy one get One free promo for the weekend of 10/21-10/22 2006. We entered and the ticket counter had a hand lettered sign made of a small piece of cardboard reading "NO REFUNDS", this should have been our first tip off. Prices were $7.95 for adults and $6.95 for children. The buy one get one promo was not honored by the attraction. There were four of us, we paid for three admissions and one was free.I questioned the attendant and following a phone call by the him to someone named John I was referred to the "NO REFUNDS" sign. I will count the experience as tuition and be smarter in the future. The Ghost Outpost is self proclaimed to "Thrill and Amuse you". I was far from thrilled and not even mildly amused. My wife feels that the attraction was not worth the price of admission if we had gotten the buy one get one free price.
