Pine River Ranch

My husband and I were looking for a place to stay that was closer to Stevens Pass other than Leavenworth (the drive is too long after all day of skiing) and we found Pine River Ranch. It was only a 20 minute drive which was nice after a long day of skiing. We got to Pine River Ranch and were completly amazed! Our room had its own jacuzzi spa tub and a gas riverrock fireplace! You can't beat that after a long day of skiing! We had prearranged for chocolate covered strawberries and champagne as well which I would definitely recommend doing when you book your room. It was absolutely gorgeous. And the bed was not only incredibly comfortable (it had huge pillows and a big warm blanket with really nice sheets) but it was hand made from log poles. Ive never seen anything like it! Our breakfast was delivered right to our front door so we didn't have to get ready in the morning, we could enjoy a huge warm breakfast in front of the fireplace. After we dragged ourselves away (not before booking for our ski trip next month) we headed into Leavenworth for shopping and a late lunch (about 15 minutes away, but on the beautiful stretch of highway so we didn't mind the drive). We will for sure be visiting Pine River Ranch regularly and recommend it to all our ski bunny and snow mobiling friends!
