The hosts acted as though we had intruded into their home, as uninvited guests...not as paying customers. They have a great deal to learn about hospitality and customer service. The food quality was so-so, and the hosts acted as though it were an imposition to feed a large group, even though they were collecting quite a bit more that the meal seemed to be worth. During breakfast, we were reminded not to eat very many eggs, because there weren't enough to go around??? The atmosphere there was nice but definitly tarnished by the attitude. The hosts seem to lack the skill and ability to provide the type of customer service that it takes to make an experience like this successful.
