Being a native Texan I have been in search of good Mexican food since my arrival to Utah in 2000. Mi Rancho is by far the very best in Mexican Cuisine! Rene and his wife, Alma are the most friendly of owners. The food is FANTASTIC! I have tried several dishes and I have never been disappointed. Rene is always trying something new and all I can say is WOW to his talent in the kitchen! Stop by when you can and help yourself to some of the best Mexican food this side of San Antonio!
