Low marks for efficiency and value due to unfair business practices. The technicians were terrific. The cancellation policy was vague and completely unfair and nonsensical.
I rented for 6 days straight. Due to a broke-down powder cat I had to keep my original rentals and did not swap for powder skis. The company charged me $92 for not swapping out the skis for myself and my son.
The cancellation policy says you must notify 48 hours in advance of the use of equipment. I saved them considerable expense by not requiring a technician to make two trips to swap out the skis each way. I can not for the life of me understand why Allison (the owner) would not waive the charge.
I VERY MUCH WANTED TO RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Matt and Paul were terrific. Unfortunately I must say, "STAY AWAY FROM SKIS ON THE RUN.
