David Hollands was the worst resort I have stayed at. I booked it for a summer retreat. They told me that some rooms don't have air conditioning. When I arrived and found out that my room was 85 degrees, with no air conditioning, I asked if I could switch to one that did have air conditioning. She told me that none of their rooms have it. In the end, they refused to refund any of my money, but I still left and stayed at the Park City Marriott. They bent over backwards to make us happy (we were very frustrated when we showed up) and even gave us free dessert and a room upgrade. I would never recommend any of David Holland's resorts!
