It was Sundance festival and we had reservations at a restaurant on Main St. Park City but got turned away. We where going to go back to our condo and eat when we remembered the place where we had a great lunch. It is slope side at dear vally and it was open for dinner. When we called they said they would do their best to seat us. When we got up to the restraunt it was busy but they sat us right away which helped ease our stomach pains. When ordering the waiter told us the chef's specialty was the Utah lamb. In spite of the suggestion I hade the tenderloin filet with gorgonzola cream sauce. I have not had a steak so good since and I live in a great food city, NY.
