I don't know why they have this under "American" when it is a Cantonese/Asian restaurant. But I will say it is simply the best you can get!
It is family run and they know how to make food unlike any way you've ever tasted before. They have the traditional oriental dishes, but they are 100 times better than what you would expect considering their prices. The really nice thing is the chef cooks everything with good for you oils and ingredients. He tries to keep everything healthy.
The beef melts in your mouth, the noodles are flavorful, general tao's chicken is the best I've ever had, and the fried rice or sweet and sour are not your ordinary dishes. And for the non-traditional oriental dishes you normally can't find in Utah, try the Hong Kong Style Soy Sauce Chicken or Shrimp with Hot Pepper & Salt!
The service is also amazing! Oh and if you like tea, they have dozens to choose from. Average price for a plate is around $6.50.
