This is a great gym, parts of which need interior decorating. Pluses are that it has lots of equipment, different workout areas, and knowledgeable trainers. The boxing gym is downstairs, out of the way, but the boxing program is excellent. All skill levels are accommodated, from white collar to serious competitive boxing. There's a great kids program, too.
