My favorite place to ski. Terrain for all, friendly staff, rarely a line at the lifts, Huge lodge. Yes, there are warmer temps, but makes for the most beautiful spring and late winter skiing and boarding. And no walking a mile to the car afterward!

Hard to find a more friendly mountain. Even though Hoodoo only has five lifts, it has some of the most difficult terrain in Oregon, plus a great beginner area. Biggest drawback might be the amount of snow (or rain) it gets in one storm. This is a very comfortable and friendly place to go. The price is good during the weekend, but outlandishly low during the midweek, only $19 on Tuesdays and half price on other days with deals
