This isn't the gnarliest skiing out there, but it's a darned fun place to go. The vibe is very laid back, the people are friendly, and the patrol will let you do almost anything short of jumping off the chairs. There is a big cornice and some kickers, even a rail. And the skiing is surprisingly good for what it is. There's never a lift line so it's easy to rack up a lot of vertical. Tailgating is almost mandatory. And it's cheeeeeeep. Always good.

This was my home ountain growing up and I have seen it come a long way. Yet it has not yet made the jump into the terain park realm yet. With the addition of a few boxes on the side of the rope tow and maybe a couple rails and a few table tops, this little resort could become a fun stopping point for road weary shreds on their way between SLC and Tahoe
