We took a group lesson the first day which was useless. That afternoon my Husband and I took a private lesson and we learned more in the first five min. than we did all morning. Well worth it. Impressed with the slopes, rental and private instructor experience. However the ski school for kids was terrible. I personally entered restricted areas two days and no one even asked me a thing. When you can't find your daughter and no one will help you - you will go wherever you need to. Also, contrary to what the reservations people tell you - there are NO refunds for ski school. We had to cancel the 3rd day after they called us in the middle of the second day. I wish we would have taken her to private lessons as well.

The mountain itself is wonderful. The runs are long, wide, and nicely groomed. The base camp is broken up in many sections, not having adequate signage, and having lots of steps to traverse. I would love to see the base camp built up and redesigned, but that probably wont happen.
We were disappointed that we couldn't reserve space in the childrens ski school the day before we were coming, but were told to come in and walk in the next day. When we got in the school we were told it was full. Luckily we found room in the daycare, else the day would have been lost.
The next day we wanted to tube, but the sessions were sold out. So, plan well in advance.
