This place is out there. The visit I had was on a pretty cold day. Naturally there weren't many people hitting the slopes all at once.
It skis somewhat bigger than a trail map might seem to indicate. The grooming is fantastic with modern lifts, no detachables,(a plus), somehow.
The odd thing is I felt very at home here, I felt like I was skiing a private resort or something. I doubt that it could ever be too crowded and the other guests seemed to give you some space to yourself. If you get out there don't avoid the chance to ski the wilderness"inbounds". Good stop on anybodys primary campaign.
