I live in the next town over, so I make it there alot. They don't groom the hills alot, so it's icy at night. The lines also build up because they don't like opening alot of lifts. They only made Mogals once as far as I know, all other times it's been made by skiers. Runs are very short and don't have much to them. They did make the terian park bigger in the 2005-2006 year.

Mount Kato is a good place for beginners. they tried to have Moguls this year but it was too icy. they needed more real snow for them. I have seen all of the lifts open but never at the same time. there are never any long lines but there are lots of people on the slopes. mount kato needs a better variety of runs. any run at mount kato should be brought down one difficulty level. (ex. black diamond would be blue square)

Like the long green trails. So good for beginners. Wish more lifts were kept in use. Have skiied Kato many times and have never seen 3 of the lifts operating.

They need to supply the demand better... a lot of skiers like myslef desprately want moguls, however whenever any for, they just groom them out. It pisses me off!
