Swiss is a little resort with a BIG advantage for parents! I feel it's a safe environment to let my kids ski/ride by themselves without alot of parental supervision. I can see them on the hill or chair lift and know they are okay.

Swiss also has a superb terrain park that even allows us mothers to get some air on occasion!!! Their maintenance guys are great at grooming the trails and the lift operators are always helpful and sometimes even give out treats!!

If you get cold, the fireplace is a great warm and social place to sit and have some hot chocolate.

Our family enjoys Swiss, it's close to home and less expensive than driving 3 hours to upper Michigan!
