I went there after always skiin at Crystal Mountain and Timber Ridge all my life. I am a decent skiier and enjoy at least a little challenge from Timber Ridge but i was surprised to find no hills of real challenge there. It has no challenging hills. Overall I expected more than what i got.

Bittersweet is a great place to ride. The terrain park last year was awsome. The only problem that I encountered was that the local skiers think they own the place. Other than that, Bittersweet is a great place to ride.

The slopes are okay if the are not crowded. Close drive from Indiana. An adequate day trip. Try to obtain lift tickets before you get to the lodge. Poor setup trying to obtain skis and lift tickets. Provides a big back log. No place to change into ski attire after the drive.
