Katie's is pretty, but not at all what I expected. It needs desperately to be updated and the owner's should definitely consider hiring a manager with some customer service skills. I was very disappointed to see the tiny back yard where our wedding was going to be. She called my husband the wrong name TWICE during the ceremony and refused to let our guests in the house to use the facilities. The owners were also very concerned about our guests trampling the grass on the lawn during our reception (which was in the yard). They claim to be "Shangri-La", but completely rushed our wedding and our guests. They only gave me thirty minutes to set up and it seemed to wreck their day when we were a few minutes late from photos. Furthermore, the dead flies in the bathtub/shower and the broken air conditioner made a lasting impression. I would not recommend Katie's to anyone. My husband and I agreed that we would've been more comfortable at the Comfort Inn.
