Great restaurant. If you enjoy French provincial cuisine, then come here. I tried the salmon and it was great, my father had the oso buco and I tried that as well and it was awesome. Not exactly a great value but well within reason for Aspen standards. Be sure to make a reservation.

Took my better half there for Valentine's Day and had the meal of a lifetime, great service and fantastic food. Started off with the onion soup, just perfect and then moved on to the daily special which happened to be swordfish. Wife had the salmon and she loved it. Will definitly come back in two weeks when we come back to Aspen. Make sure to make reservations, can be quite busy due to the great food.
