This company is the most unscrupulous group I have ever came across in the towing business. They are gouging consumers and business and think nothing of it. They held on to a truck and charged 90 day for storage, we got it repaired and THEN they told the repair garage to BRING IT BACK TO THEM, so they could charge MORE STORAGE!

Totally dishonest company taking advantage of ridiculous parking situation at Arapahoe Basin ski area. Charged the following for a 3 MILE tow:
- $20 fuel charge
- $50 no key charge
- $62.50 mileage (for 3 miles!)
- $95 hook up charge (ok - that seems reasonable)

When I asked the driver how many cars they towed, he said about 75. That means they brought in roughly $17,000 that day. Unbelievable.

This company needs to be investigated by the Better Business Bureau for its business practices.

The tow guy charged me for double miles even though he was already on scene and solicited me for his business.

He said he would charge $2/mile. After he loaded my car, he said there was a $10 fuel charge. In the end he changed it to $15 fuel charge for no reason. We only went 9 miles!

It cost me $4/mile, instead of the $2 he quoted me. I had to pay before he'd let my car off his truck.

This company is a scam. They are dishonest.
