Since my last review on the 26th of December, my dog Boo passed away. Still no word from this clinic.

My dog had a routine surgery for a torn acl. We waited for word on his surgery and no one called us, we had to call Frisco Animal Hospital to find out if everything went okay and when we could take Boo home. We took Boo home that evening he had a fever, and would not eat. The next morning I called the Frisco Animal Hospital because Boo's urine was dark brown, and he was lethargic. He was seen and had his blood and urine tested, they found the his hemocrit was down, his inner lining of his mouth was white, and took his temp which they said was normal. I check on the web and his temp was in the high range. They changed his anitbiotics and sent him home and asked us to stop by on Monday. I was charged for the blood and urine work, even though Boo was only one day post-op. The next day Boo was worse, I called the Frisco Animal Hospital 6 times from 9 am until I took him to the clinic in Breckenridge, they tested his blood, found that it was agglutinating and that he was probably IMHA, he need 24 hour care, blood and platets, oxygen, and hand feeding, so far for 9 days, not once during this time did anyone from Frisco Animal Hospital call to check on Boo's progress. I would not recommend this Animal hospital to anyone.
