I wasn't on this site to write a review, but when I saw the others I had to. I'm not sure if they were in the same restaurant I go to at Copper! I love it! The decor is warm and fun with great old ski posters. The food is great and the portions are huge. I don't think the prices are high, considering it is a resort. On occasion the service has been a bit slow when they are busy, but I never felt ignored. All I ever hear is jazz playing. How can that be inappropriate? I work at Copper and recommend this restaurant to everyone who wants quality. I have met the owners and they are very nice people. Not sure what happened with the other reviewers, but my experiences are always good!

I loved the place!! the food was very reasonable, and very good.Service can be a bit slow, but you can expect that in a resort location when everyone is anxious to get out to ski. I found the atmosphere to be warm, contemporary and inviting. We were there for a week, and it was a place where we felt comfortable with our 4 children, and they always liked the food.

I agree with the other reviewer. The place also looks inside like a cheap sleazy dump. I could do a better job of painting walls unconscious!!
I can't believe the prices, with that cheap "ambience". At times, the music is way too loud and inappropriate, usually during the day.
I, too feel like I am imposing on the staff. Save your hard earned bucks for a restaurant that really cares about your dining experience.

The food is always good, but the service is consistently horrid. I always feel like I am imposing on the waitstaff when I go there. AND- I have seen, more than once- the owners yelling at each other. God forbid you should ever have to talk to one of them, they are nasty mean people.
