Like a frozen skate park. Don't go for long runs, but go for fun. Great half-pipe lessons there. Very small town atmosphere. No night life. If you are a beginner, go to sister mountain, Snow Summit. had bad experience with Equada Outfitters; so go to the resort rentals instead. Great if you have teenagers.

You can not miss out on the $69 - $169 ski package mid week - 1 night mid week stay, 2 lift tickets and even a breakfast at some of the local lodges. Your got to visit the Bear Valley Web site for these specail deals
Snow this year is really getting terrific. Fantastic over Martin Luther King Weekend. Grab those mid week specail and enjoy riding the power. Great family resort too-
