The menu is designed by owners Gil & Mary Willis. Chef Allen Duchess is proud to prepare the finest foods available for your stay in Highlands region. The menu is mix of meats, fresh fish, veal, and poultry with a health oriented focus. Organically grown vegetables are used when in season, locally grown on nearby farms. The Restaurant at Elk River is known nationally for its farm raised West Virginia rainbow trout which the restaurant prepares with local herbs, bake to perfection and filet table side for your dining pleasure. The wood fireplace and spacious outdoor decks will entice you to relax.
