Any time I'm in VT I try and make a trip to Long Trail. This place is a must stop. The atmosphere what makes the place (winter or summer) not to mention some tasty beer and delicious food. You've gotta try the Maple Bratwurst sandwich and without a doubt the beer battered onion rings are a must. There is enough for a table to share. The beer should be a little cheaper considering you're drinking it at the brewery but that's life.
