At the Birch Ridge Inn, you will find an intimate gourmet restaurant for your dining pleasure. Birch Ridge specializes in a cuisine that is a fusion of American and Continental styles.

The predominate style features roasted, sautéed, and grilled selections with savory sauces. Mediterranean and German/Austrian influences occur, as well as Oriental on occasion.

A new menu is prepared weekly, based upon available ingredients from the market.

The menu each evening will vary, taking into account the seasons, available ingredients and guest preferences.
