Open in the winter every day for breakfast and dinner. Open in the summer for dinner only, Tuesday through Saturday. Serving New American cuisine.

Spectacular mountain views seen through 15-foot windows accentuate the fine dining experience at Snowbird’s flagship restaurant. Situated on the tenth floor of The Cliff Lodge, The Aerie offers an unmatched combination of exquisite cuisine and breathtaking views of Snowbird Resort.

Favorite appetizers are the Crispy Brie Wrapped in Pastry or the exquisite Ahi Tempura Roll, which is rolled fresh by expert sushi rollers. Then try the Venison Loin served with Sweet Potatoes and Braised Greens or their specialty: Barbecue Glazed Filet of Beef served up with Potato Risotto and Onion Fondue. Also featuring a unique Gnocchi can be prepared vegetarian* with Vin Santo sauce. *Has pancetta.
