Crystal glassware, china, sterling and gold flatware as well as fine linens enhance the table settings. All courses are prepared with only the finest and freshest ingredients available.

Limited seating at 7:30 PM, by advance reservation only. Fixed price includes multi-course dinner, coffee, tea, and dessert.

Enjoy gourmet food prepared by your hosts, both of whom delight in the art of cooking. Complete fixed-price, six-course dinners served nightly at 7:30 PM. A select entree will be featured each evening. All dinners include dessert. Libations offered at 7:00 PM. Please reserve your place at least 24 hours in advance.

* Poached Salmon – Served with coconut milk, cilantro, paprika and chopped tomato sauce.
* Cornish Game Hen – Cornish game hen with an apricot stuffing.
* Beef Wellington – Served with mushroom gravy and Yorkshire pudding.
* Steak in a Bag – Top sirloin with egg bread crumbs and cheddar cheese.
* French '95 Chicken – Chicken breast stuffed with Pacific baby shrimp.
* Prime Rib of Beef – Served with our own horseradish sauce.

The wine cellar includes Northwest, domestic, and imported wines. Beer, your favorite alcoholic libations, and nonalcoholic beverages are available too.

The Chef also features monthly specials and seasonal and holiday menus.

Thank-you for helping us comply with OLCC regulations by not bringing personal alcoholic beverages into the Inn. For that special bottle of wine or champagne that you would like served while being our guest, a corkage fee (per bottle) will be assessed and added to our room charge.
