Welcome to Mario's

Mario's is a popular landmark at 429 Canada Street, at the north end of Lake George Village, in the beautiful Adirondak Mountains of upstate New york, and is now marking its 57th year under one family ownership.

Mario's showcases original recipes like the "chicken calabrese" taught to current chef-owner Paul Nichols by his grandmother Mary Mazzeo, who founded the restaurant in 1954. Other specialties include seafood fra diavolo, osso buco alla mario and veal or chicken saltimboca.

Both Italian and American fare are featured, from imported pastas, with a vast array of made to order sauces, to fresh seafood, steaks, prime rib, chicken, chops, as well as the well known handcut veal specialties. A fine wine list is is also available to complete your meal as well as a special menu just for children.
