The X-Treme Steaks dining room sets overloooking the Rio Hondo, with spectacular views of the Mountains, the feeling of nature and wilderness all around, and only a mile and a half from Taos Ski Valley.

Chef Joe Floch will tantilize your tastebuds through years of experience and the finest of ingredients.

As a cruise ship Food & Beverage director Joe has traveled the world and knows just how to satisfy everyones tastes. Other experience includes Food & Beverage Director as well as Director of Catering with Hilton for over 17 years.

Dinner at X-Treme Steaks House:
The restaurant offers not only the best steaks in the ski valley, but also a fun upbeat atmosphere where you can bring the whole family or enjoy a romantic dinner for two!

Menus offers anything from Filet Mignon to Elk Medallions, burgers, and also ask about the daily fresh fish specials! Cuisine specialties include an array of steaks, and some wild game. Buffalo Burgers, Elk Medallions, Lobster, Porterhouse, NY, Rib eye, and T-Bone. Many other selections are available for the entire family.

A variety of items are available for the kids tastes as well. These items include free ice cream for kids 9 and under.
