When you're done for the day, come dine. Executive Chef Joe Peterson, renowned for his sophisticated cuisine, will personally ensure your satisfaction.

Chef Peterson has been featured in Bon Appetit, Gourmet and other national publications, and in a recent article was named "one of the stars of the inn."

Our main dining room overlooks the White Mountains, where you can look east to the alpine glow at sunset.

Here we feature fine dining with a contemporary French menu which changes every few weeks.

Guests clamor for our 4 and 5 course gourmet meals in which everything is cooked to order. We strongly recommend reservations. Special requests are our pleasure.

In either our tavern or main dining rooms, guests of the inn can elect the Modified American Plan (MAP) which provides a full 4-course gourmet meal off our menu. Just let us know when you make your reservations.

The dining room is a grand place to try one of our featured champagnes -- a superb accompaniment to our chef's creations. Of course, our menu changes with the seasons and highlights the best of local producers.

As you relax in one of our four fireplaced dining rooms you can be unconventional and look east to the sunset, ablaze on the White Mountains. A phenomena called "alpine glow" makes this possible. It is for this sunset that the inn and the ridge are named.
