The restaurant at Buck's T-4 has been recognized as among the finest in Montana and the skiing community.

Chef Chuck Schommer has over 20 years' experience, making Big Sky his home since 1985.

Chef Schommer's menus have focused on wild game and continental cuisine, creating a unique combination of traditional local ingredients and classic culinary techniques.

Schommer has recently been invited to display his talents in a wine and wild game dinner for the prestigious James Beard Foundation in New York.

No visit to Big Sky is complete without sampling Schommer's latest creations.
