LACE WING LAGER - This lighter beer gets its unique flavor from the finest, Idaho grown
two-row pilsner malted barley. Balanced with Czech Saaz hops for a mild “hop-spicy” aroma
and flavor.

INDIA PALE ALE - Light in color and body with a powerful, dry hop flavor.

TRAIL CREEK PALE ALE - This American style pale ale is light copper colored, with subtle caramel flavor. Dry hopped with Magnum and a brewer’s handful of floral Cascade hops.

VIENNA AMBER - This beers nice caramel flavor is reflected in the rich amber color. Malt flavor is balanced with a spicy bitterness from a variety of noble hops.

DUNKEL - A smooth, yet complex, dark Munich style lager with rich overtones of chocolate and caramel malt, balanced with Hallertauer hops. Easy-drinking. Unfiltered.

DRY IRISH STOUT – Generous amounts of roasted barley provide tastes of chocolate and coffee. Balanced with Magnum hops – One smooth, dry beer!

BIER DE GARDE - Belgian-style farmhouse ale with a hint of honey. Brewed during the dark days of winter and served to celebrate the coming of spring.
