Just steps from the gondola in the luxurious Hotel Columbia is the elegant and fun Cosmopolitan. After skiing, unwind at the base of the mountain in the Cosmo bar with live music five nights a week.

In the main dining room, chef/owner Chad Scothorn offers fine dining with generous portions and outstanding ingredients.

His menu changes weekly, always offering diverse cuisines, including French, Southwestern, American and Thai. Though the overall approach is "fusion," you'll never find crossed cultures on one plate.

No matter what you order, the Cosmo has the perfect complimentary wine. Choose from over 200 vintages from France, Italy, California and Oregon
